Business resources often (though certainly not always!) do not have individual authors.  In such cases, there's a good chance that a ''corporate author'' is involved.  That is, an organization such as a company, a government agency, or a nonprofit may be the author.  (In many cases, the same organization is also the publisher and/or host of the report or data you are citing.
