Business resources often (though certainly not always!) do not have individual authors. In such cases, there's a good chance that a corporate author is involved. That is, an organization such as a company, a government agency, or a nonprofit may be the author. (In many cases, the same organization is also the publisher and/or host of the report or data you are citing.

If there really is no clear author (a relatively rare situation), then you will need to leave the Author out of the citation and move the Title over to the initial position, followed by the date.
